CIM 6.0 offers new features for managers, users, and IT professionals:
- Users can control more of the appearance and function of their work environment without slowing down or compromising the robust security and control features of CIM:
- The Main Screen offers improved layout and function, including a bright new color scheme for reduced eyestrain, speed, and visual variety.
- Tellers-in-training can choose to input data into Windows-style input boxes if this option facilitates learning.
- A new menu option – “My Menu” – is accessible from most screens and permits users to make selections from the teller-controlled options, including those listed above.
- The popular DisplayPrint™ features larger font, automatic adjustment to the most advanced PC display resolutions (as well as most older resolutions), and application to CIM-Voice™ to provide detailed call-tracking and customer problem analysis. And “redisplay” is now faster! For deposit processing tellers, DisplayPrint can cut paper and printer costs by $900 per year.
- Reports and CIM workstations can now access printers attached via IP, USB, RS232, LPT or any other attachment method supported by Windows.
- Three new Variance Analysis Reports are available.* Developed at the suggestion of one of our largest retail customers, these reports permit managers to view long-term variance trends in deposit processing by teller and by customer. Each report shows up to 12 months of variance data (beginning in January and through to December) – “loss ratio” of shortages to overages – facilitating identification of patterns and possible problems:

- And finally, the second generation of CIM-DBMS™ offers two new features:
