CIM-Voice™ and CIM-Orders™ Cash Order Processing System
CIM-Voice™ and CIM-Orders™ comprise an advanced multi-lingual cash ordering system that operates on the customer’s network. The system combines CIM-Voice, a voice response ordering system that provides unattended order-taking, and CIM-Orders, which enables keyboard entry of orders and standing orders in addition to order maintenance and all order-related paperwork. The configurability, speed, and user-friendliness of the CIM-Voice and CIM-Orders system is unique among available cash management applications. CIM-Voice and CIM-Orders can be implemented together or individually, depending on customer needs and requirements.
CIM-Voice and CIM-Orders unattended cash order processing system:
- includes up to 320 user-definable order items: banknotes, coins, unissued traveler’s checks, bus tokens, lottery tickets, or any other products the user wishes to define (and any of these can be restricted to individual customers)
- permits user to record the voice messages customers will hear (messages sound natural and can vary based on season or need)
- inputs standing orders and Model maintenance
- receives orders and incoming deposits 24 hours a day
- prints all shipping documents
- picks, releases, and ships orders
- stores order information for later printing when printers run out of paper or break down
- records incoming deposits so credit can be assigned to customer accounts early
- supports eight phone lines per PC and unlimited phone lines when installed on a network
- allows full key-ahead functions for maximum speed during order entry
- works with any PBX switchboard with standard line interface (lines can be set for automatic rollover in response to a busy signal)
- enables by-location segregation of inventory (optional feature)
- provides route management tools (optional feature)
- functions in 5 spoken languages (optional feature)
- can be configured for any Windows-based PC
